You get the numbers that have actually transacted on your stack, not the numbers a listing agent wishes they could get. And you get twenty years of context on the buildings, the buyers and the way the market really moves.
How I work
An advisor first, an agent second.
One standard, both sides.
I represent you, but I treat the party across the table with the same courtesy. That is why past clients still refer me a decade later.
The honest read.
I will not talk a price up to win your listing, or talk it down to close you as a buyer. You get the number the market has actually paid for units like yours, not the number you want to hear.
Persistence, not pressure.
Some deals take weeks. Some take months. I do the follow-up work, but I will not push you into a decision you are not ready to make.
The deal is not the end.
When the contract is signed, I stay reachable. A tenancy question three years on, advice on the next move, or a call from a family member. That is what twenty years of the same phone number looks like.
